Competition "Matadero"  Madrid

The adaptation and rehabilitation of the buildings 8 and 9 of Matadero Madrid is inspired by the memory and recent use of the building, Building 8 was dedicated to the " Mondonguerías , drying fur and workshop drain " and building 9 to " market poultry slaughterhouse . " Our proposal reflects the essence of all those animals , which have become the subject of our consum. As such , the animal is an hybrid between being alive and  food. The  building also become an hybrid built  between matter and live and it becames  a life generator.
