Jordi-Masahiro Simó Amezawa (Barcelona, 1970) and Xavier Prat Rabasa (Barcelona, 1971), are graduated architects of the School of Architecture from Barcelona 1997 and 2000 respectively.

 

After working together for many years, we founded the architectural firm Prat & Simó 2008.

The work we have done these years have let us to specialize in the fields of rehabilitation and new construction of housing and hotels, reforms and commercial buildings legalizations.

Our relationship with a lot of state agents allow us to offer a complete project management service in any kind of projects.

 

We like to collaborate with professionals from different disciplines to improve our projects. Currently we share our office with any of them to have a constant communication.

 

The passion for architecture, teamwork and direct relationship with the customer, are pillars of our office.
