The project starts analyzing the pre-existence, the concept use and the existing elements in the warehouse (such as walls and wood truss) that will be related with our design.

 

The duality defines this project startup, the new and the old, so the texture, the construction and the design plays with thisconcept.

The housing program is distributed like a loft, offering open spaces and gathering around the program mansard rooms.

 

Part of  the cover is removed, building a terrace that has a key role in the architecture of the light.
