Rehabilitation and use change.

 The project involves the conversion of an old building in pension. Facades and the existing volume are maintained. We make a core of vertical communication and create a courtyard to ensure lighting and ventilation for the rooms that are not facing the facade .

The rooms are distributed on 3 floors.Thebooking area for the reception and common space on the ground floor.

It will be necessary to reinforce the structure to adapt to the new use.
