The new volume is projected as a completely abstract element, avoiding mimicry with the existing building.

A fully glazed element solves the union of the two bodies and the internal communication.

The skin of the new volume will allow the user to open or fully close the building according to their needs, giving an external visual dynamism.

The new house acces will solve the current problems of accessibility and allow the construction of a garage in the plot itself.
